From Assembler to Global Supplier: The Story of We-Attach's Founder
I began my career in 2004 on the front line of a ball bearing factory in Ningbo. That experience gave me not only technical skills but also a strong foundation in hard work and precision. With a passion for mechanical engineering, I later expanded into the hydraulic torque unit industry and then into excavator attachment tools, where I gained hands-on experience across production, sales, and after-sales service.
My journey eventually led me to Komatsu, where I worked in both the construction and mining industries. There, I became more than just an engineer — I grew into a problem solver and trusted technical advisor, helping clients improve efficiency and performance on job sites.
Over time, I saw the rising global demand for quality excavator parts and recognized the need for a reliable supplier. That vision inspired me to co-found Ningbo We-Attach, dedicated to delivering dependable aftermarket solutions.
Today, I lead We-Attach with a simple vision: build trust through quality and deliver value through service. Under my leadership, We-Attach has become a trusted, customer-focused exporter, serving excavator users around the world.
